In 1992-1993 I went to Victory Bible Institute and graduated. It was the best thing that ever happen to me. It was wonderful to be taught by anointed men and women of God and have them teach me the Word of God. Victory Bible Institute is inTulsa, Oklahoma.

4. Does the Holy Spirit agree with your decision?
5. Does this decision pass the test of time?
6. Will your decision agree with Godly counsel?
7. Am I really willing to do the will of God?
