Jesus said that He would baptize with the Holy Spirit.  All you have to do is ask Him to baptize you with the Holy Spirit and He will.

Now Concerning Spiritual Gifts

Now there are different kinds of gifts from the Spirit. For to one is given by the Spirit the Word of wisdom; to another the Word of knowledge by the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; to another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: But all these work that one and the same Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. For as the body is one, and hath many members of that one body, being many, is one body: so also is Christ.

The gifts are divided by three groups:

The Voice gifts

Tongues- a gift of language from the Holy Spirit never learned

Interpretation of tongues- a gift to interpret a language never learned

Prophecy- the gift to hear God‘s voice and speak what He is saying

The power gifts.

Healing- the gift to heal the sick

Working of miracles- the gift to do miracles

Faith- a gift of faith to do a miracle
